A good coconut oil will be unrefined (virgin) and organic. There are still organic refined coconut oils though such as this one: Organic Coconut Oil 14 oz. However, these refined oils do not possess all the same health benefits, and are usually lacking in flavor too, so don’t be fooled by the quality just because it’s organic.
